RESIDENTIAL APPRAISAL FEE SCHEDULE
The following fees apply to complete appraisals reported in summary format of improved residential real property located in the Atlanta Metro area. We service the following counties, other counties can be serviced by request. All appraisals are performed by State Licensed and FHA Certified Appraisers.
BARTOW-BIBB-BUTTS-CARROLL-CLAYTON-COBB-COWETA-DEKALB -DOUGLAS-FAYETTE-FORSYTH- FULTON-GWINETT-HARRIS-HENRY-JACKSON-JASPER-LAMAR-NEWTON-PAULDING-PIKE-PUTNAM-ROCKDALE-SPALDING-TROUP-TWIGGS-WALTON
1004 URAR Appraisals for single-family homes will be completed 48-72 hours from the date of site visit. Fees will be due and payable at the time of service. Cash, local check and VISA/MasterCard accepted.
Refinance/Second Mortgages/Construction Loans - the client sets fees based on the estimated value and a reasonable interpretation of the above fees.
Final Inspections will be made within 48 hours after are requested at $50.00 per inspection.
